Home Away from Home Academy's advanced educational programs continue to provide children who achieve beyond the national norms for each grade level.

The Terra Nova is a national achievement test that is recognized across the United States.  The Terra Nova is given to compare our students to other students in the United States and determine  the level they are on and how they rank.  This test is given to all our kindergarten through second grade students.  Home Away From Home Academy utilizes this important information to assess our advanced curriculum, our teachers, and thee progress of each child.

   We concur with the results of the "Cost, Quality, and Outcomes" study funded by the Carnegie Corporation which indicated that, "The effects of the high quality, early childhood education are long-term and continue to positively predict children's school performance well into their school careers."

Adherence to these high standards are evident in our national and local test scores.
